How far in advance should I book wedding videography?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, once your venue and wedding planner or coordinator are confirmed. Imagery Wedding Films books as early as 12-18 months prior to the wedding date. Inquiring and booking early ensures better chance for availability.

DO YOU USE AI in your wedding films?

We use built-in Adobe AI tools to support top-tier audio quality for our films. We do not input our films into any AI or LLM platform for editing assistance, etc.

DO YOU ONLY SHOOT WEDDINGS IN FLORIDA?

Yes. We are a local videography company and only travel within the state of Florida. Some locations in Florida will incur additional travel fees.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we have liability insurance and can provide a copy to your venue, if needed.

DO YOU FILM LGBTQ+ WEDDINGS?

YES. We believe love is love and film LGBTQ+ weddings.

HOW MUCH OF A DOWN PAYMENT DO YOU REQUIRE?  WHEN IS THE FINAL AMOUNT DUE?

A 50% non-refundable down payment is due with the signed contract to book Imagery Wedding Films for your wedding day.  The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR WEDDING FILM?

We are proud to say that we have a fast & efficient turnaround time compared to most other wedding videography companies.  We deliver your social media trailer (if you choose to have one) within 72 hours of your wedding.  We deliver wedding films and other footage within 6-8 weeks.
